Named after the mountain wolf, Pra-Loup consists of 2 villages – Pra-Loup 1500 and Pra-Loup 1600. It is one of France’s largest ski areas and consists of 167km of ski runs surrounding the resorts. It has a wide variety of runs, mainly suitable for beginners and intermediates. There are also 5 black runs for the more experienced.

Pra-Loup 1600 has numerous facilities including shops, bars, cinema, restaurants and ice rink. Pra-Loup has also been designated a ‘Famille Plus Montagne’ Resort – making it very child-friendly. There are activities for all ages including snowman building, ski schools, medical centre, children’s menus at restaurants, sledging and even pushchair lending at the nursery.
