Outside there is a very pretty terrace on which to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. This house is really elegant but has a real homely feel about it, and it’s a perfect base from which to explore the area.
Another house to rent in Indre that caught my eye is an 18th century converted watermill which sits next to an imposing chateau. The mill overlooks a river and even has its own private river frontage.
There is also 20 acres of private garden which are for the sole use of mill guests and you get your own row boats and two private islands to visit! You also have the use of the chateau swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Inside the property there are 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people plus a baby, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer.
The wonderful surroundings attract wildlife and the river is full of birds and is excellent for fishing. This holiday rental in Indre really is a little piece of luxury, and seems like a fantastic place to unwind. With so much choice of Indre houses to rent you are sure to find something to suit.
