The Chateau and adjacent buildings form almost complete square around a beautiful enclosed courtyard with fountain and set within 6 acres of ornemental gardens and small vineyard. Dine in an original wine making cave and ancient court.

Situated at the edge of a quiet little village called Ginestas, located in a stunningly beautiful and undiscovered part of southern France our Chateau to rent in Languedoc is surrounded by vineyards within easy reach of 6 airports Carcassonne, Toulouse, Perpignan, Montpellier, Nimes and Gerona.
4 hours from paris to Narbonne, 2 hours from Barcelona and by car 10 hours from Calais.
The Languedoc is accessible in 90 mms from London,East Midlands,Liverpool and Ireland.
The Chateau du Puits Es Pratx and it's Domaine are ideal place for holidays.
We have unique and special atmosphere even in mid-summer there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space and peace yet it is perfect for groups to enjoy communal atmosphere and togetherness.
There is a large safe heated pool with a sun deck, table tennis, a trampoline, boules, basketball and badmington.
The two main attractions of the Chateau are providing accommodation and restaurant facilities for families or group holidays and a magnificient venue for weddings, corporate events and celebrations at all times.

Location Description
Chateau du Puits Es Pratx offer wine and vineyard tours, culture and history tours of the tragic history of the Cathars, Roman history and architecture tours and course wine tours mixed with activities and creatives courses.
Culture tours are based on Occitania the land of the Cathars,killed in the Albigennian crusade.
The region is a mix of vineyards castles and Medieval villages built into the rock faces or next to the banks of clear mountain rivers.
Canal boat trips are taken on the magnificent World Heritage Site of the Canal du Midi built by Pierre-Paul Riquet which meanders through the region. A small canal boat can be hired on a weekly basis.
