Property Description
The way this house has been renovated makes it ideal for either a family or two or three couples! 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas and a separate kitchen.
The top floor has a summer lounge with a large open fireplace and double doors opening onto a balcony.Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms and a shared ensuite.
The middle floor is home to a big airy kitchen filled with loads of good qualitly equipment, a kitchen table and chairs. Next door is the dining room and lounge, an antique log burner for chilly nights,and more double doors leading to a balcony.
The ground floor has a huge bedroom with a huge bed (which can be separated to make to beds.) Walk through to the ensuite bathroom and laundry..washing machine and drier.
We have provided plenty of nice linen and crockery and cutlery,loads of pots and pans to cook up delicious meals from the fabulous local produce. Also plenty of generous wine glasses to sample the stunning wines.Of course a dishwasher is there to assist with the after event!
Also provided are a microwave, full oven with gas and electric cook- top and cookery books.
Rental is 550 euro per 7day week. 10 percent deposit is required at time of confirming booking.
For larger groups a second house, which sleeps 4, is also available, situated opposite this house.

Location Description
Fontes is a tiny working village buried in the famous Midi wine growing area , with vineyards surrounding the entire village. In fact wine growing is it's main occupation.
It is a very friendly, lively village and is self sufficient with a boulangerie, pharmacy,butcher, 2 hair dressers, tabac, post office,doctor,a bar and of course a huge winery. The markets come to town each week and each day a market is held in one of the surrounding villages. Seasonal produce is amazing!
Fontes is situated on the sun drenched flanks of the Cevenne Hills. It is perfectly situated to explore the wonderful Languedoc .Just 20 minutes to perfect beaches and rivers for swimming. 10 minutes to historic Pezenas with great boutique shops, cafes and bars.
In any direction you care to go there are amazing wineries with their ever so well priced delicious wines. For the adventurous, nearby gorges and rivers have kayaking and canoeing. The breathtaking Viaduct du Millau is just an hour away!
A number of airports are nearby including Montpellier, Beziers and Carcassonne. The T G V is at Beziers and Montpellier
