More department pages added

With the recent addition of information pages on Finistere holiday rentals, Haute-Vienne holiday rentals and Seine-et-Marne holiday rentals, our target of information pages on all the departments of France is well on it's way to completion.

We should have this section all done and dusted by the end of May. You will then be able to read information about every mainland region of France as well as every department of France.
