St-Rémy-de-Provence

Having just written our holiday rentals in St-Rémy-de-Provence page, I was surprised at how much history there is in such a small place.

St Rémy was built on the old Roman town of Gallum, which is still being uncovered, and many famous artists have spent time in St Rémy and the surrounding beautiful countryside, including none other than Van Gogh.
